When your client loves to cook but their kitchen is confined to a very small space, you have to get creative. This project required us to completely reimagine the layout of the house in order to design a space that was functional for the client’s lifestyle needs. We decided to relocate the kitchen to the existing family room, turn the existing kitchen into a larger dining room with a wet bar, and convert the existing screened in patio into the new family room.  We used nature to inspire the decor with rustic knotted cherry wood cabinets, slate blue tile floor, and quartz marble counter tops.  A stunning navy-blue island adds a fun coastal twist to this kitchen.
